Are any of these still on the road?

Considering that this is a car that never existed in the first place, the answer is no.

That is basically a Chrysler Cirrus.

Meet a Euro market Chrysler Stratus. This one, a 1996, runs and drives just fine and just passed our (relatively stringent) inspection. It’s sold by a professional old banger dealer. Price? €799, negotiable . I doubt he’ll get many people on his lot for this car. Of the 11 Chrysler Stratus sedans I found on that car, 9 were below €1k.

Sebrings ARE Dodge Stratuses in Europe.

If I were ever so unfortunate as to own one, I’d do a badge swap for sure.

What’s pictured is a complete front end swap from the convertible, which is different from the Cirrus/stratus front end.

156k miles, manual, and looks to be in great condition (The only indication that it is older is the steering wheel - the rest looks like US ones did after a couple years on the road.). $900 (but negotiable?!). I can’t believe an actual dealer is playing in this space; even the sketchiest dealers and BHPH lots in the US won’t touch anything under like $2-3k. In the US this price range is seen by the side of the road or on CL, exclusively.

I know. I’m just saying, the Dodge Stratus convertibles of Europe look better than Sebrings, even though they’re exactly the same.

You’ve got these guys specialized in these (as in: cheap) cars. He probably bought it for €400 or so. I bet it was a trade in at a nicer place. Wash it, put it in your lot, sell it for a few hundred more. High volume, low investment costs, and he can make a profit. He’s offering 333 cars on that site.

That €599 1985 Starlet would make appropriate container filling when I supply 505T with some Frenchness.

They aren’t Doge Stratuses in Europe though. They are Chrysler Stratuses.
